Adam Brown Appointed Chair of APM Channel Islands Network

We're proud to share that Adam Brown, Jersey Managing Director of The Evolution Group, has been appointed Network Lead (Regional Chair) of the APM Channel Islands Network.

Adam has been part of the APM Channel Islands Network since its formation, so this appointment is a natural next step. With over 20 years of experience leading projects and change programmes across complex, high-pressure environments — spanning technological advancement, regulatory change, and infrastructure — he brings both the credentials and the community relationships to take the Network forward.

In his role at TEG, Adam works with clients across Jersey and Guernsey, giving him a first-hand appreciation of the potential for stronger cross-island collaboration within the project and change profession. That insight will be central to his vision as Network Lead: creating accessible, engaging opportunities for members to connect, share practical knowledge, and learn from one another — through in-person events, remote sessions, and cross-sector conversations — at every career stage.

Adam is also committed to raising the profile of the profession across the public, private, and third sectors, and positioning the APM Channel Islands Network as a recognised voice in how change is delivered across the Islands.

Professor Adam Boddison OBE, CEO of the APM, welcomed the appointment: "Adam has been involved with APM in the Channel Islands from the start — his appointment will help the network grow and address some of the most pressing aspects of local project delivery."

Their leadership has created a Network with real momentum, and I'm genuinely excited to build on that legacy — bringing people together, strengthening collaboration across the Islands, and helping the project and change community continue to grow."
